This notice explains how Syscopro d.o.o. processes personal data you submit through the contact form.

Purpose, data and legal basis

We process your name, email address, subject and message to respond to your enquiry, prepare an offer or take steps before entering into a contract. The legal bases are pre-contractual steps requested by you and our legitimate interest in business communication. We do not use contact-form data for marketing lists or automated decision-making.

Abuse prevention and retention

To limit automated abuse, we temporarily process a hashed IP address and submission times. These technical records are deleted automatically within a few hours. A private server copy of the enquiry is retained for no more than 180 days and is cleaned automatically. Business email correspondence may be kept longer where necessary to fulfil an order, document communications or meet legal obligations.

Recipients and security

Data is accessible only to authorised Syscopro personnel and to hosting and email providers where necessary to operate the service. Contact-form data is not publicly accessible.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing and object to processing where the legal conditions apply. Send requests to info@sysco-pro.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
